GPM makes virtually every aluminum parts for the savage but i can't seem to find them anywhere other than ebay. i want the waybar kit and the aluminum clutch.
i've broken 3 dog bones so far. i replace the rear with heavy duty ones and front with hotboddies cvd's. i also bought an extra set of heavy duty bones for the rear but i dont think i'm going to need it.
i put the new hot boddies heavy duty clutch in to day along with their 16T clutch bell. the truck ran good the first tank but after the second tank, the truck wouldn't stay idle, i notice that the clutch was sticking and keep stalling my engine. so, i tear the truck apart and the clutch is all...
very good idea but wouldn't the holes make the tires rip. i got small hole on my tires before and it just rip the whole tire off because of a tiny hole. plus my .25 more powerful than the stock motor.
how do you do it without cutting the tires off the wheel. my wheels shake like crazzy when it hit top speed. i'm thinking about putting it in the dryer but i don't think it's going to work. any sugession?
which part of the titanium drive broke, the u-joint part or the shaft. i'm getting cvd for the front wheels for smoother action and titanimum drive for the rear because they're suppost to be stroger. check my gallery for pics of the bumber. the big joes are awsome, made my truck about 2" wider...
got this GPM aluminum bumper on ebay for $28 shipped from Hongkong. GPM has aluminum everything for the savage and even titanium universal drives which i'm planning on getting.

sound like hydro lock to me, the engine is flooded with fuel. you can tell when it's hydro lock when you pull start because it wont turn over at all, but with a drill you can't really tell. i use a leather glove to pull start, no blister
i rolled the truck and 1 foot of the antenna was cut off, so i was left with the perfect size antenna, no range problem at all. but today i rolled it again and the antenna was cut off another foot. so i only have about 5" left. i drove it around trying not to go too far. i got as far as 60 feet...
just loosen the glow plug about 2 turns, it will be easier to start the motor and less strain on the pullstart. just tighten glow plug after the engine starts, try to stay on the throttle so the engine doesn't stall. my .25 has about 1/2 gallon through it and i still use this method to start it...
did you break the front or the back dog bones. i've broken 2 front dog bones already, i found out that they were binding up when the front wheel turn angle is too tight. i have the ofna .25 installed and haven't broken any back dog bones get, even with the sliper clutch tighten the whole way...
