Yeah, enough for a X, but not an extended X or XL
Blowing in the line is actually the better method, and less likely to cause over priming than priming by plugging the exhaust and turning her over. However its not needed, as plugging the exhaust & turning her over works fine.
I would think...
Yeah, not even close to a ZR30X either one, However the F4.6 is decent for RTR and plenty of punch for a X.
That was funny though, gave me a good chuckle.
Not if you take proper care of the engine, if your not burning out all your fuel after each run, yes it will get mucked up and slip or if...
The Evo4 bar from Integy is actually pretty good, just as many of their stuff, certain things though you need be careful with.
I have one on my Savage RR & another on my Savage X 2011, both have held up to beatings ;)
You have to keep in mind always many if not most peoples problems with...
It looked to me like when you got off throttle the lean HSN made your LSN have to catch up to slow it down. You looked like the idle was good and it wasn't until you held WOT for a long pass that the HSN was able to show its lean. it was also present when you were blipping it to get those sweet...
Great vid bro, but be careful, your running a little bit too lean on the HSN.
Don't let the cool temps fool you
She LOVES the snow huh. Rippin though it, awesome.
Then like I said earlier your plastic bar that moves the carb open and closed has slipped.
Easy fix, loosen the nut that secures it, reposition the arm where your idle screw has more room for adjustment of the gap, then tighten it back down. Adjust your linkages from there.
That wheelie bar is not too good a wheelie bar for the application, its more for not flipping over backwards, not meant to ride out wheelies.
The Integy Evo4 (not the Evo3) is what I run for looooooooong wheelies on pavement. It has a few adjustments and depending on if your running a XL or X...
That is step 1
You need the gap set around .5 to 1mm, so that it will stay open that amount when pushed closed.
With your transmitter trim set to 0, make sure when you hit the brakes the gap doesn't close at all it holds your .5 to 1mm gap from 0 input to full brake, and as soon as you apply...
It sounds like the little arm on the throttle that the servo moves to activate the throttle is slipping. There should be a nut surrounding it to keep the plastic arm moving the throttle opening. Adjust all your servos and arms etc to 0 input, including the carb gap, then tighten up that nut to...
I've stripped spurs completely & the engine did not rev up at all, It just stayed at idle fine, and when I hit the gas it would rev up fast, with the truck sitting still.
I've also stripped spur gears (plastic ones) with a perfect mesh, just forcing the truck through ish I shouldn't, like up a...
That's what it sounds like when you burn a spur, sudden loss of resistance as the spur or cb burn out. You tap the gas and it revs up really high really fast, usually right after the gear is burnt, any tapping of the gas will make it rev up MUCH faster than if there were resistance from the...
Check your clutch shoes, check your slipper clutch, to be good.
You want to look at the clutch bell bearings and see if there is any play, if the CB wobbled a bit, it may have locked up with the spur. You want to really make sure your clutch is all good. If you use the thick spur the ever so...
