If it's been that long you better treat yourself and get some soon! Highly recommended to reset any bad mood you may be in!!!! I am a big big Mexican food eater and every time I eat out Mexican food, no matter how much I eat, I always have room for Flan.

I learned how to make them a couple years ago. Lot of fun trying to get the sugar just right. And yeah, I didn't run the egg mixture through a strainer first. I'm lazy

Local Mexican joint here has a Chimiflan. It's a flan inside a tortilla that's deep fried and covered in whipped cream and chocolate
