My mistake. I answered before I had my first cup of coffee.

What engine does it have specifically?

Is it the OFNA Hyper 7 TQ: http://www.ofna.com/hyper7-tq-black.php
Or OFNA Hyper 7 TQ Sport: http://www.ofna.com/hyper7-tq-nitro.php

They have different engines. Even though the picture with the one that states it has the "Force JL28" looks like the macstar 28.

I have to say... OFNA's website blows. Tried finding the "JL Force 28" engine or the "Macstar 28" engine, neither are clearly listed on the site and the stupid manuals for the buggies say "see engine manual" or "no engine included"... I think I found the parts explosion for the macstar 28, but no actual manual saying what the LSN/HSN settings should be. Pretty sure tower hobbies has the engine and it states on their site that HSN is 6¼ turns fro closed, don't touch the MSN (brass screw on opposite side of the throttle slide) and nothing for the LSN. Flush with the throttle arm is usually a safe starting point.

All searching for the "Force JL 28" comes back with the mid-block revo/max version of the engine which is also geniusly named "Force JL 28 Max"... OFNA/HOBOA may make nice buggies... but they suck at naming conventions, site building and documentation.

If it's just the Force 28, then tower lists its settings as well:
Main Needle Valve: 3-3-1/2 turns form closed
Low Speed Needle: Located in the center side of carb, set flush
with ball end
Barrel Stop Screw: Set for 1/16" inch gap
