ok heres the deal i can start my truck with no troubles with the pull start but as soon as i remore the glow plug ing. the truck stalls.

sounds like weak voltage on your glow warmer, insure its fully charged, if it is, the cells inside my be getting weak

Did that I just put a new glow plug in 20 min earlier

glow warmer starts my 2 other trucks and starts my tmaxx 3.3 with ease but as soon as i remove it the truck stalls

is your fuel mixture set rich? it could be drowning out the plug
also check your clutch, make sure the springs still have good tension

ok but if i leave the glow started truck runs great but as soon as i remove it the truck dies

That means it's set too rich. You need to start by slowly leaning the LSN and readjusting the idle till you notice no change after removing the igniter.
