servo's for baja?

How much torque at the least would I want to run for steering and for throttle?
 
I would use a HiTec Rhino for the steering and maybe something like an HS-5955TG for throttle/brake.
 
thanks hamz, I got a 5745 for steering and a 5645 for t/b.
