well i got it to idle yesterday and ran it today, it ran pretty well no screaming issues so would appear there was a air leak ether around the carb, had some issues with fuel flow yesterday but sorted that by clearing the needles got a little thick silicon oil where it should not have been ( my bad )
i will be changing the button head back to the standard plugs instead of the turbo plugs ( seeping lots of fuel around the plug even after changing it so it's not sealing properly )
i am going to order a new crankcase and crankshaft from dollarhobbyz as one of the head screws has stripped out and since the tuning issues have been resolved i will just replace the piston and sleeve when those finally give out
