Help no brakes

SORTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A little grub screw had fallen out of the universal joint connecting the front left drive shaft to the diff. AND one had fallen out of the back as well what are the chances of that?. It all makes sense now the main props were stopping but it wasn't being transfered to the drive shafts.
 
My condor is the same.
By the looks of it, the small sleeve with the allen key needs to be moved forward so it actually puts pressure on the pads.
I also need to fiddle with the linkage for the throttle as well. When I even try to to brake it pulls the the throttle shut as well and kills the engine. Grrrrrrrrrr
I'll get this thing going one day....
