hey guys I'm going to be at this years BTC, will be my first rc event and sadly I'm goin solo dolo. just me and my rc's
stoked AF tho. really look forward to it, if anyone else if going to go or plans to go it would be cool to meet up and crawl for a bit or to just say hey.

Welcome to the Beat The Creek 2024 event page! We are proud to present the 9th Edition of this epic RC Trail event to be held May 3rd, 4th and 5th in Maysville, KY!
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IN THIS DESCRIPTION.
If you have any questions please ask on the event page, the group page or ask Joe or Chris.
Cost (cash only & pay at the gate):
$40 per driver for the entire weekend.
Kids 12 and under Free.
Spectators are Free.
$20 for a primitive RV or tent camping spot for the entire weekend, you can arrive and setup as early as Friday May 3rd at 12 Noon and gates close for entry at 10pm (no reservations needed). Trails will be open at 1pm Friday. If you want to try and park with others you need to come in together. No holds. Hotels are also only a short 15-20 minute drive away from the farm (see official hotel information below.
Friday gate opens at 12pm closes at 10pm
Saturday gate opens at 8am close at 10pm
Sunday gate opens at 8am
Now to the fun stuff!
For those of you who have been to the Hauke farm consisting of 84 acres and MILES of trails … you know the epic fun that awaits you. For those who haven't been to this RC Trail event we recommend you get here and see it for yourself.
We have every type of terrain imaginable on the 9 trails and we would love to see you all the first weekend in May! Everyone is welcome! Schedule will be posted closer to event date.
This FAMILY friendly event is the most fun you can have with your tiny truck over 2+ days … guaranteed. So bring the whole clan!
Not only will you have to SURVIVE and BEAT the infamous Creek but can you BEAT THE BARN also??? It is always a big driver favorite during the weekend. Be ready for everything and anything!
Plenty of raffle prizes, donated by our wonderful and generous sponsors, will be given away throughout the weekend and the larger prizes on Sunday at 4pm. Note: You must be present to win.
Food provided by Fernleaf Volunteer Fire Department will be available for purchase on-site.
This a family friendly event so NO DRUGS, GUNS or ALCOHOL on the property.

We will have side events again this year including the 5th Annual BTC Shootout in the Rock Garden, a 1/24th scale course including a fun little comp, 1/14 scale Semi-Trucks and Construction equipment in the new building. There will be a charging station to charge batteries for everyone to use.
More information on all these side events and schedule will be coming over the next few months.
We will also have night runs again on Friday and Saturday night!
Many, many Vendors big and small will be on-site all weekend. As always you are welcome to bring any and all your RC items to sell or trade.
