Traxxas has come a long way since the days of having the oldest MT platform that couldn't stack up to the competition. As an on-road racer I wish this was more relevent to touring cars but they've made it pretty clear over the years their disinterest with releasing a competition level vehicle. Even their bread and butter group (off-road) fails to house a true racer (1:8 buggy).
