When I installed a bigger servo tray that I 3d printed and then I put the stock front mounting plate ontop of it, it raised the front cab very high and it is crooked with the bed, has anyone had this issue?

Pics would help. I designed a 3d printed tray for the front of the WPL trucks. I haven't shared it with anyone, but if you want the file, I could send it to you. But it is for the stock sized servo. I think I modeled it off the metal geared JX servo that fits the WPL trucks.

You would have to cut your hood open and print some hood hinges, which I also designed. But this setup puts the battery right up front, for easy access. The receiver just sticks to the top of the servo.

There's lots of different ways you can go. My solution to get the weight forward is just one.

I have everything under the stock mount plate and i trimmed some parts so it clears the reciever wires, what you see is all it can go down, if i force it, its gonna start cracking, sorry for blurry photos

Can always bend the frame center up. Should get rid of the gap. Could also leave it as a scale feature. Alot of trucks have that issue. 🤣 interested in clear pics. Looks like a dope lil truck.

Can't see in pics what is causing the problem.
So its a 3d printed servo tray for a normal size servo and all the elctronics are under the stock mounting plate, the truck doesn't want to go back into stock position

But we canthelp you without seeing what is actually hitting. Move the electronics that is causing the problem. You can stick stuff anywhere under the body. It just takes some testing to see where stuff can go.
