We used to make a lot of parts for Crane here. One of the old guys I worked with used to work there. Heard lots of stories about them disarming bombs to destroy them. Guys could go home after they met their quota. Rush, rush, boom. One guy got blown up, and went home permanently.

We have blast crew at the mine using chemical with red die diesel fuel and the charge for the blast . It’s cool watching the aftershock and the ground moving under ur feet. About 30-40 charges a day they blast. I want to experience it one day with the blast crew..
