My transmission went out on my 3.3 revo, I have a 2.5 transmission, would it work in my 3.3 ? Will it Mount correctly on the truck and will the drivelines and brake hook up?

I have the opposite as I have a Nitro 2.5 Revo and would like to know will a Revo 3.3 Transmission fit into the 2.5?
