i silica sand blasted it then took some green engine block paint from dupli color ... advance auto parts .... no as tough a powder coat but quarter the cost and time ..... the name of the project is not christmass tree lol hahah it project lots'o ........ lots'o money

i think the same way about the money but then i sit and think of all the other stuff i waste money on and realize its not that bad. And the chassi looks cool by the way. I like stuff that stands out and that color sure does.

i tried to get it as close to the green anodized 17mm hubs so it all matches

I'd put the Phaltlines on those wheels

Might want to bump up the single steering servo to something like Hitec 7955. The 5997 is only 180 oz, not a lot for handing big wheels. Could be okay if you stay on the road, but anything rough and it might get pulled off line somewhat easily.
