Well i decided to get a another mini-t just for upgrading and custominzing for a show truck! here are the pics and i will explain below what it all has....

I also made a mini-t simple webpage about the new one i have and made videos of its first jumps etc.. i was pretty happy with the outcome being all alluminum it was difrent but handles better then my other.

ok guys i got the last alluminum parts for the silver alluminum project mini t i been doing... the only thing left wich I'm having a hard time with is a silver gearbox.. i see tons of blues and reds on ebay but i want silver... and this dude from hong kong has silver but says it can take 2 weeks for delivery F THAT.. i want now

Ok here the pics after i installed them step by step...
i was suprised about the GPM alluminum assembly i thought it wouldnt work out so well but it popped right in without any probs!(came with a graphite arm for it to)

Damn man, that thing is AWESOME!

Have you thought about getting the purple or blue and stripping the annodizing off with EZ Off oven cleaner? It works. That is, if you are getting an aluminum one. Otherwise, disregard.

I've never seen such a sweet ass Mini T as that one. PERIOD!

That brushless setup is going to SCREAM!

That almost makes me want a Mini-T but damm I bet you can buy a few full blown Maxxes or savages for what it cost to get it in that shape.

is that a new mini cooper in the background of that one pic? i wanted to get a eletric 60's style mini cooper before getting my duratraxx,but i couldn't find anyone selling them in my town but i see tower has one in their book i just got for $94-$96 bucks.

hey thanks guys! i did the first videos of it just follow the link, basically this is my second mini-t the other has no alluminum i started doing this one for some shows we go to or some hobby shops we run by. its always nice to show people what potential the mini-t's have!

i dont like the humongous (sp) front bumper.. it looks kinda bulkish ad cheap =\ other wise i wish i owned that car. mind if i ask how much monmey was put into it?

Just a little photo tip.
Go to your local hardware store and get 3 cheep work lamps. The clamp on style with a reflector. The secret here is the bulb you put in them. Look for a compact florescent that says DAYLIGHT bulb not a soft bulb. The have a temperature rating on them, you want one that is from 5000k to 6500k. Get a sheet of poster board for a background. Place the lights on both sides and on the top of your item being photographed.

I mention this because you have a beautiful project and the details are being lost due to poor lighting. For under $50 you can have a mini studio that will last for years.

Here are two examples one with lighting one without.

Didn't mean to derail your thread but It would be nice to see the details.

pictures were done 3 in the am. she didnt want all the lights on and the pictures are with a video camera. care to buy me a nice megapixal camera?

but maybe i can clear out one of our berooms we dont use and make it a photo studio. but I'm not the picture expert so i would prolly screw them up anyways
