Thought I'd post up my father and I's 1:1 scale projects! We started the '55 when I was a Junior in college and finished it up a few years later. The '33 was next. I moved to VA and went home on a few weekends and a week or two over the span of 3 yrs. Now, we're working on a "tow" truck for the '33. We drive it to most shows, but for the long hauls, it gets put on the trailer.
So here's what we've got:
'33 Ford Rat Glass bodied Coupe
Lava Mist Pearl Metallic
Chevy SB 355/350 Trannie
Double Hump Heads
dual 4 barrel carbs
Sanderson Headers
MSD Ignition
Vintage Air
B Cool Radiator and burp tank
15x4 ET Gasser Wheels up front, 18x10 Billet Specialties Vintec Wheels in back.
9" Ford Rear end
Late 90's Caddie tail lights
Custom built chassis
4" drop drilled front axle
Interior by Brodie
1955 Chevy 210 Post:
Midnight Blue Metallic
Chevy SB 355/350 Trannie
Dart Iron Eagle Heads 9.5:1 compression
Edelbrock Longtube Headers
Holley Street Avenger 750cc 4 Barrel Carb
Vintage Air
B Cool Radiator and burp tank
Stainless Custom Flowmaster exhaust (40 series)
17x7 AR Torq Thrust II's wheels up front, 17x9 Tor Thrust II's on back
Custom drop (it's a secret! )
...and a heck of a lot more!
1949 Studebaker Truck (In the works):
Stealth Gray Metallic
Chevy SB 355/ 4 Speed!
Chevelle front clip
750cc Holley Carb
Body completely shaved and smoothed.
Head lights frenched.
Coy's c-5 Wheels. Flat Black center. 18x8 in front. 20x9 in back.
Hidden hitch ( Gotta tow the '33 for long haul shows with something! )
Slammed with drop axles in front and blocks in back
....more details to come! Called my dad this morning and paint was on and wet sanding has begun!
This is going to be one mean build! Sinister!
