Stompers? Never heard of such a thing. Nice collection though.
 
They are battery operated toys from the early to mid 1980's. They have working headlights. Really cool for the time frame.
 
I had a bunch of these when I younger, very cool!
 
Wow!!! I had several Stompers too but no longer have them. Those things were fun and would go over some cool terrain. Nice collection.
 
Yea i enjoy looking at them. Brings back good memories. Miss my full metal Tonkas too.
 
Remember the ones that needed assembly, were battery operated and had the rollers on the corners so they could keep going if they hit a wall? Seems like they were pretty fast too.
 
I don't remember even hearing about stompers. Apparently they came out about the same time I got into the Tamiya Grasshoppers.

Thats cuz we werent already in our 70's when these came out in 1983 :p
