HB Lightning 2 Sport or Hyper 8

Ok i am all new to this so just wanted to start by saying seems a great a site and looks very helpful ( i hope lol )

Anyways my question to all you crazy mad RC Buggy racers is as this is going to be my first buggy hehe..

I am going to buy a good quality 1/8th Buggy and am stuck between two

HB Lightning 2 Sport or Hyper 8

I know that the Hyper 7 is a champion buggy but have been told that the HB Lightning 2 Sport is a top buggy.. Also i have heard that the Hyper 8 is a stronger engine..

Please let me know what all your opinions are please
