Ok.... i have a 18cxp engine in a 1/10 buggy (no name), whatever that means... My glow plug has no distinguishing marks on it, and the manual says nothing about what type of plug to buy. First of all, are all nitro glow plugs the same size? Meaning will all plugs fit in my engine? Next, how do i know if i need a "HOT" plug or a normal plug? Whats the difference?
Thank you for your help

a hot plug will heat up hotter for cold days and a cold plug will heeat up slower for hot dayz.. all plugs will fit in your engine.. stay away from idle bars and the extra long plugs.. keep it simple.. i use the medium hot plugs all year.. stock up on them. they are #8.. thats a good all around plug

No not all glow plugs are the same, there's a standard and a turbo plug, they are not interchangeable. For an .18 running 20% nitro you'll probably want to run med or hot plugs.
