Electric rustler tranny

Well Iam taking my old rusty's tranny apart because it wont move very well. Well I've taken it off the chassi taken the arms off and well its just case and inside sliders. How do you take the sliders off I've taken all the screws out and yankled and pulled and yanked and pulled etc. Is there something iam doing wrong?

Hmmmm what do you think the FIRST ("I emphsise on FIRST" LOL) thing I did.

:loser: with the tool included in the kit you pop out the driveshafts and you will see a little phillups (sp?) screw. to get it out you must hold the spur gear and the other driveshaft yoke once the yokes (white plastic) are off you can open up your tranny. also, there are set screws in the yokes on the sides you must remove too.

...ok i have the screws out alredy it they just wont budge ill try the screwdriver thing.
