1.6mm/25.4 = .0629", or basically 1/16", which is why you can't find them very easily. It is probably a 1/16" hex. Are you measuring the hex to come up with 1.6mm?

For metric conversions, you just take whatever the mm is, and either divide by 25.4, or multiply by .03937. Opposite for converting from inch to metric.
But he is asking for a 1.6mm nut driverMaybe my calculator is broken but 1.5 X .03937 comes out to .059055 for me. Which matches the charts rounded .0591.

But he is asking for a 1.6mm nut driver
How are you going to file on a nut driver?
Pics of what you are trying to work on would really help hereHi does anyone know if they make a 1.6MM nut driver I’ve been looking and I can’t find that anywhere !
Where did you find m1.6 hex bolts? RC4WD has some micro nut drivers for their micro hex head bolts. So if you got them from there, they have a driver to fit them.I’m making a amour cab for my Beast project and the bolt heads are 1.6mm no nuts here they screw into the cab bulkhead !
