shagler, i know exactly what you're talking about. i went to my local hobby shop (the closest to me anyway), and they had the same thing to say. try to get parts for a picco 26 outlaw, and they say picco what? it seems that if it's not os, that it's crap around my area.
i have both needles...
Well I know that this thread has been dead for a while but I just got a chance to drive my savage with the new tank. I went to the track last week and tried it out 4 tanks and it held a consistent temp no more leaning out at ½ tank.
But there was one thing I learned (other than the tank)...
They have the same part # so you would need to see it before you buy it. I found mine on ebay and emailed the seller to confirmed that it had the pressure fitting in the lid. Try your LHS or keep your eye out for one on ebay.
I was thinking the same as you RR. I use GPM diff case and the spider mod awhile back and last I looked they where just fine. But as usual I might have gone over board with the aluminum diffs.
Are you using the new or old style tank the new one has the pressure line in the lid,the old is on the tank itself.I changed to the new one and have had no problem w/ the fuel in the pressure line since.
i know what you mean, i probably could've made a set. but the springs i have laying around here are either too stiff or don't slip over the threads on the gpm shocks. so, i figured i'd try them. i was in the market for new shocks anyway just thought i would try one more thing before replacing...
i can probably buy 2 or 3 bodies for the same price as 1 of these. but i wouldn't be as satisfied. all you have to do is save your money. if you want the best, you're gonna have to pay for it. if not, go buy you a $40-60 body and wish you had one of these.
You said so little but so much. adrcracing has some of the best painted bodys I've ever seen. This guy is one of the best if not the best IMO. I hope to have one soon.
try here. everything i've ordered for the picco, they've had it in stock or they can get it really quick and send it to me in a few days. don't bother trying to look for it on the web site, call the 1-800 # and ask for it.
