I've wondered the same thing myself. Never tried crawfish, but I'd love to.
My local Kroger has these, but only 2 reviews and ine says they tasted bad.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure you'll be disappointed. I've tried the frozen ones and I didn't care for them at all. I used to, on occasions as a teenager, catch them in local streams and lakes. Never caught anywhere near enough to justify doing it regularly.
