What happens when Lipo's get wet? Now that it's winter I want be safe. I only run hard cased, is there anything better for getting wet and/or moist?

As long as you're not keeping them submerged in salt water, LiPos ought to be okay. Just make sure to dry them well (don't heat them!) and put a storage charge on them when you're done.

I always liquid tape my hard cases just to be on the safe side but I'm with Hamz the SHOULD be fine.

Where do you put the liquid tape on the battery? And what about brushless motors? I am not going to be summerging it, but it will be in wet conditions.

brushless motors are more or less sealed, they are fine to get wet. You can even submerge them but if you submerge them you'll want to maintenance them fairly regular. Put the liquid tape inside the slot where the wires come out of them case so water can't get down in the hard case.
