How do I post pictures on here ?

I have only very basic computer skills.If I have some pics in a folder on my desk top exactly how would I go about posting them.I need detailed step by step instructions. :\

You can either use photobucket, or just go to tinypic.com and upload it there, and copy and paste the forum link.

when your pic is uploaded, it wil give you a list of links, click and copy the one for the forum, and paste it into the text box on RCNT.

I've never used Tinypic but there should be a line of code by the image you want to post that is labeled something along the lines of "IMG code" just copy this and paste it where you want to but it. If the code starts with

then you're all set. If its just a website then you will need to click the button with the mountain and moon

and paste the URL there.

Ok can you break down the how to copy and past and where is this text box?

copy and paste are both located in the Edit tab at the top left corner of your screen. the text box is what you are typing in when you post.

lol its ok, the text box i mean is where you type in rcnt, just highlight the link on tinypic, and copy it (click the link untill its highlighted, and right click, and push copy) then go to RCNT where you type, right click again and push paste, the link should show up, and press submit on RCNT just like you would when your typing on here.

CPT: Go to www.tinypic.com. You will see an 'upload" button. Click that and it will open up your user file on your computer. Find the file you want to upload and double click on it. Then select the size you want from the drop down menu in "Resize". Then click "Upload Now" and it will. After it uploads it will give you an image link to copy and then you simply paste the link into your post. Done!

that is the one you need, the code under it that looks like (img) tinypic (img). Copy and paste just that code.

Cool thanks for the help! I took the old 3.3 out for a test run before I posted it for sale to make sure everything is working right.Dang frozen snow bank jumped right out in front of me.

If you use the "Message Board" size in "resize" then your image will be at the correct image size and the forum will not have to resize it afterward. Just a FYI cause it takes up a lot of bandwidth to resize all those over-size pics...
