getting the most from you batteries

hey guys I'm wonderin how to keep my batteries their best for as long as possible, i use a peak charger and usually try to get the batteries down to their lowest point before i charge them, is there anything else i can do?
 
If you're gonna store them, discharge them about halfway first, and cycle them a couple times every month.
 
Only bring nimh bats down to .9 volts per cell. 6 cell= 5.4 volts; 7 cell= 6.3 volts ect... Heat is the biggest enemy. 120f is as hot as you want them, after running or charging. And always let any batteries cool off before charging or running.
