Just got these b-day presents in the mail from @Greywolf74. I'll eventually get a video with Breydon doing an unboxing, but for now pics will do. I'll give you guys my thoughts as I go.
The quality of the packaging should have been a dead giveaway as to what was waiting inside.
The Trailer
The trailer box is really detailed.
This isn't just an RC kit. It's a freakin' model kit. The frame is metal C-channel. Every light gets installed. There is a little metal jack that pivots on the front to hold it up when parked. I was not expecting anywhere near this level of detail.
But the real shock is to see all this etched and silkscreened aluminum sheet. The last time I worked with this stuff I wanted to check myself into a mental hospital. Please tell me I won't have to bend and form these parts lol. I bet I will.
I had to check these out. These wittle baby tires are supple, and very squishy. They even come with foams
The Truck
The body is really nice. Lots of great detail, and no imperfections that will need special work.
The grill is more of that crazy etched stuff.
More to come.
(somebody reserve me a room at Crazy Kates mental institution)
