LOL Rolex is our funny guy. With 4WS is it really "3 of the tires are backwards" or 1 of your tires are backwards depending on which end you make the front.

Hmmm, interesting. It might also depend on if you're in forward or reverse. If you're set up with the FOC, you have a problem with 3.

If you switch the front right with the rear left, you'll at least have the front tires the right way.
2 out of 4 is pretty good.
