She's really upset because she can't party and have her picture taken several thousand times a day while her ear is glued to her phone.

Isn't it ironic that she can't have her cell phone while she's in a cell?

In Hollywood, murder is the only thing you can get away with.
 
Christ on a popsicle stick! I read a similar article from my home page and it said something to the effect that her parents were clutching each other, sobbing uncontrollably! YOU'RE FRIGGIN' JOKING ME! She's in for only 45 DAYS and deserved it! This titan of the business world, sobbing over this?

Hey, I'm as polar opposite of angel as one can probably be without truly being evil. Many, many moons ago I had to do a brief stretch in county for being a dumbass kid. Not my proudest moment by far and I am not one to brag about it, but my Dad didn't even come to court (although I told him and my Mom not to) and since I knew I had been an idiot, I told the judge that I was guilty and prepared to accept whatever punishment he saw fit. I was hoping for zero days, he thought twenty was better with no early release. So right from there, off to county I went and did my twenty. Didn't allow my wife or parents to visit because it was truly humiliating (as anyone that's been in the clinker can attest to) and when I got out, my Pop came up to me, gave me a hug and said, "They put a good man in there, although that good man did F*&^ up!"

If Paris has any shred of decency (doubt it) or humility (yeah, right) she'll just own up to her mistake, quit crying about it and just deal with it! If her parents were parents at all, that'd just admit she made a mistake, tell her to deal with it and then move on!

Now, if they'd just toss Nicole, Britney and Lindsay in there as well!



And before 4U and HB even say it, yes, I know you'd still hit it!

Aside from the war, what have been the 2 biggest stories of this year?
The death of Anna Nicole Smith,
And Paris going to jail.
Followed closely by Lindsay and Brittany in rehab.

Got to agree with the Candyman, 100%.

The endless coverage of Anna Nicole's death, and Paris in the L.A. Hilton is totally unimportant to most of us, but they keep feeding us what draws viewers.

I'm glad she's crying and upset. That brain dead little brat is finally being punished for something for the VERY FIRST TIME in her entire life.

Man, will this ever end? OJ Simpon, Phill Spector, Anna Nichole Smith, Paris, Ritchie, Britney, Lohan to a lesser degree Trump, O'Donnell, and the rest of the View crew. (I know I'm missing quite a few.) They all got their fame for talents of sorts but its amazing how they manage to keep their noteriety. Please make it stop, I don't care if some socialite can't own up and pay the price for being an idiot, neither should the rest of the world. If the media would leave this alone, she would have stayed behind bars in the first place. Better yet, why isn't the sherrif in his own cell, isn't what he did concidered contempt?
 
You know the comedy of all this; Shephard Smith (fox news anchor) commenting on the story as it broke. At one point, he made the comment that he felt like he was a cast member of MST3K.

Watch Jimmy Kimmel tonight; something tells me, Jimmy'll have a spotlight on the wierdo that was making faces behind the press conference person.

I don't know why she's so upset. There will be a strip search, she'll be photographed, new clothes, group showering and rough sex - pretty much like any date?

I think it's time the glorious U.S. of A started to focus a bit on what's really going on in this country, rather than numbing it's citizens with this trash.
Celebrities (!) and stars like this should be strictly reserved for hobbyshakers and needy older men, being featured in a porn magazines. Thats where they really belong, not in national news.
Imho the comedy of this is that the american public is brainwashed to accept that our judical system is cleaning with different brushes. While america is being busy making stars out of nothing the bigger deal goes on behind the curtains... :(

When poor, poor, pitiful Paris is the lead story on CNN, and no one is telling us about bumbling Bush, we know there's a serious problem with the intelligence level of the press and the citizens.
There should be ONLY ONE channel that covers celebrities, no matter what they are doing, then we could block it out and only get the real news.
