Finally fixed up the mini b. New savox servo. Using the stock servo mounts, used 2 nuts to move the servo up further on the chassis. Using the included servo horn that the servo came with. Soon I will get custom printed servo mount and servo horn off of eBay since this servo isn't a direct fit with the stock mounts and all. I am using the Traxxas TQ radio out of the rustler cause I only have 3 Rx's for my Radiolink. Still had the servo problem where I don't get full right or left. I'll just run it like that untill I get those custom printed servo mount and horn. (I think it is because the link from the horn to bellcrank is too short) also have my custom painted body (Jconcepts F2) With the body i did Velcro on one side since I did a terrible job for the body clip hole. One other thing to note I did use the servo with my Radiolink Rx/Tx and I messed with all of the dual rates and EPAs and still have that problem (no full left or right) Also here is some pictures with the 1/16 2wd mini buggy and my 1/10 4wd buggy (AE B74.1D)

Looks great! I just bought a Mini-B myself to carpet race! Like the body! Keep the tips coming, looking to make mine faster and turning better!
I used to run my mini b outside but the chassis is so scraped up. My old LHS which was carpet closed down so it is basically a track basher for my new LHS which is clay. For carpet I run the proline prisim rear and wedges front. For clay I just have Jconcepts Ellipse rears and stock fronts (might try the stocks which are slicks now) I am using the Dynamite 2 in 1 system (6000kv) I am also running stock gearing and stock oils in the diff and shocks. Didn't get much into yet since this is just a track basher. My new LHS, they don't do mini b racing but they will if they have more than 4 people with minis.

I am actually going with my mom to work tomorrow since I got off of school. Going to run the mini b around the office and warehouse. I'm also going to stop by the hobby shop after work to see what they have for chassis protectors for the B74.

I am going to slip soon! I was eyeballing them the other day while I was at Hobbytown. It would probably be pretty fun at lunchtime in the parking lot at work. And as stated before, this isn't helping. 🤣
I was running mine Friday at lunch in the shop ... the biggest issue I had was not sliding into a hoist 🤣

Sealed concrete. That's an issue. Might have that tomorrow in the warehouse. Sometimes I take the RCs at my local storage place in the winter because it's all heated.

Right now I used the stock rears which are slicks now. Not sure about this but I might try this. The JConcepts ellipse are a hard compound and might be good. Not sure.

I really need to get a mini b.
They are fun inside with the brushed system but with the brushless system is is more fun at the track and outside. I guess you can run a mini with a brushless system if you got a lot of room in your house. The system I have in right now is too fast for my basement.

All the chatter on this thread about a Mini got me taking a closer look. On order is a Mini-B Pro Roller. Been a while since having a Losi in the stable.

Not sure what I'll do with it. Mini speed runner maybe? Have an open space on the pegboard. Think it'll go there so I can look at it. She's a beaut.

Thanks for pointing me in the mini direction guys, DavidB esp. It's his thread. :) Cheers. 'AC'

At work and yes I am using a Traxxas radio with a losi car. Fully charged batteries last night. Might run around the office. Brought the mini b because it's the most quietest car I have. View attachment 158971
How dare you use a Traxxas radio on a Losi! RC ptotective services will be there shortly to rescue the Mini B. Let it go peacefully, and there will be no repercussions.

It's a great looking little buggy.

So next for the mini b I plan to get custom printed servo mounts and a custom printed servo horn off of eBay. Also if those don't work with my steering problem I am going to find a longer drag link between the servo horn and the bell crank. Next after that is what ever breaks. Might get some aluminum upgrades, a new chassis, chassis protector. Also I am using the stock wing that came with the car. I cut out another wing which came with the Jconcepts body.
