With metal shielded bearings do I have to grease them more than ceramic bearings

There's a tiny wire loop that holds the metal shield in place, and there not sealed. I avoid them at all costs. They're more energy efficient than standard bearings. For a motor application you shouldn't have to grease them more often than ceramic.

Do not invest in ceramic bearings unless you are racing in a stock spec class and are chasing tenths on your laps.

I don't know many racers who maintain their motor bearings in mod cars, not uncommon for a motor bearing to last a couple years before they go out but most folks have already cooked their stock motors long before the bearings fail and rotors tend to fade at about the same time the bearings need to be serviced and typically opt to replace the entire motor at that point.

I race 8th scale ebuggy and it's a hobbywing 4268 1900kv race motor for ebuggy that's what I use and want to know what bearing is the best for 8th scale ebuggy brushless motor

Yeah HobbyWing had a bad batch of bearings in their motors during COVID, the newer motors recently released have been updated with higher quality bearings.

You'll want to double check the bearings for your specific motor, but these are the bearings I swapped out on my HW G2 motor where I did go with the hybrid ceramic solution to save some money and these held up for over a year:

Does avid sell the 5x5x11 for hobbywing motor in rubber sealed bearing

Would rubber sealed bearings be better than metal shielded bearings for my motor
Metal shielded bearings are better for motors because they have less friction than rubber sealed bearings. Typically that is.

Metal shielded are typically not meant to be taken apart, they're meant to be replaced. If they have some sort of retainer you may be able to service them but most of them dont.
