Looking for a headlight box to mount my led lights to the body of a Redcat Blackout XTE. I have the Jinoarc LED light kit from Amazon that cost me around $12. The metal housings that come with the kit are not very realistic and am looking for a better finished product. I'm not looking to break the bank but would like to find something reasonably priced to make my truck look P.H.A.T. (Pretty Hot And Tempting).

Thank you in advance for advice given,

Griffdog

If you have a 3D printer you could try to make some custom ones.

Any suggestions for the griffdog?

one cheapo way to do it would just to drill some holes in the body to stick the lights out of. I do not have these lights so I can't really design anything. I'd be up to see what you're thinkin.

Buy some black styrene sheet and some Plastruct plastic weld and fold up your own LED box. Paint the inside silver. Drill a hole in the back and Shoe Goo it to the body. Insert your LED and hold it in with liquid tape (for easier removal later if need be).
