I was at work last night and a couple of 1:1 crawler came through on trailera on there way back from a comp up at Donner, CA, I happened to have my camera so a snaped a few pics to share with you guys.

those are great, i love seeing 1:1 actual crawlers.
 
I just got into RC crawlers after full size crawling for a few years now. Nothing like the competition buggies, but it does all right for a full bodied rig.

The second truck in those pics is the one from Pirate4x4.com that convinced me to mount my winch under the passenger seat. So far they are the only two rigs I know that are set up like that.

I've been watching Extreme 4X4 since the beginning and always wanted to build a crawler. I just did the next best thing and built an SCX-10. Gotta love the unique ideas you come across though like the winch under the pax seat.
 
Those guys put a lot of work into those things. I'd love to build one up also but just don't have the $ . At least I have r/c .
