RC18T Lipo Battery Fit Question

Has anyone come across a 3 cell lipo that is narrow enough to fit stock RC18T chassis battery compartment. My Thunder Power lipos will not fit (slightly to wide). Last night at the lhs we tried the Apogee, Kokam, etc. Same results, all were to wide. I have the Mamba 6800 and 8000 that I'm wanting to test.

Any pointers other than trimming off the outer lip on the chassis?

the polyquest 1800 3 cell will fit in there I'm running one on my RC18t the only thing you might have to do is take the heat shrink off and re-route the wires on the other side of the pack, thats what i did and i havent had any problems with the pack

It appears to be the "N" version in 2 and 3 cell for narrow applications.
