Thanks! I do the same thing on my LC12B1 when it is in street car, Baja bug, or SCT form. LCRACING makes a “mud cover” but it’s a polycarb body that covers the entire chassis. I vented it too.
I vented this buggy body, so I will be checking temps.
I’m wondering, if a TLR 22 series buggy body...
Pull starts keep snapping strings so I used a different string. Well it stopped retracting…..here we go again.
All donskie sonskie. The spring came out of place. When the high temp rtv cures I will try to get it running , again.
I began to tear apart the rear end of the xterminator nitro buggy. The hinge pins came in from Canada so I figured it’s time to get this thing rebuilt and ready for the new motor that is coming.
I really want to put the longer mammoth arms and driveshafts on it to make it a truggy type thing...
I posted this same shot in the crawler photo only thread by mistake. Oh well, anyway I opened up an early Christmas gift and started building it right away. It’s the 1/18 trail hunter builders kit from hobby plus. i think I’ll toss it into the line up of rig of the month if I get it painted today.
I bought it used and I believe it was an rtr type kit so who knows. There’s no info on what weight so I’m just going to use the same stuff I put in the DB48. I’ll be getting in to the front and rear diffs sometime today after I do my chores I guess.
