Just got home from my son's track meet, and whipped up chicken fried rice with the leftover rotisserie chicken. Sriracha for heat.

I had a can of mini ravioli in the cupboard. Poured it on a plate and covered with Mozerella and pepperoni. Broiled it in the oven til cheese was bubbly. Wasn't half bad for a quick lunch

Threw together some Nissin lo mein noodles with some chicken nuggets, bell pepper, onions, celery, and carrots. Made up a sweet and sour soy sauce for it. Turned out better than the Chinese joint down the street. And less food poisoning!
