Has anyone used aluminum caps and rod ends for their GTR shocks. If so, do they last longer than the stock plastics?

I have been running aluminum rod ends on my Revo shocks since the 1st Revo 2.5R was released and I broke 3 of the 4 stock ends the first time out. I now run the same shocks on my ERevo. Never had a problem with them.

Thanks ,I think I'm just going to rebuild my stock ones with Titanium shafts and aluminum caps and rod ends.

Personally, I'd stick with plastic rod-ends and just change them every so often. I only busted shafts after installing alloy rod ends.
