Losi's stock setup is apparently 5-5-3 which is fine (if a bit on the thin side) for a typical racing setup, but very thin for bashing. (5-5-3 means 5000 front and center, 3000 cSt rear). So you could go 10 or 20 or 50k center. Or more. But it's not a monster truck and overdoing it will make it...
