Well that could be it right there! Dont know how i didnt catch that! I am using the kit supplied spur. I guess ill have to get one of the other motor mounts and some smaller pinions coming. Ill give it a go on 2s tomorrow and see what the temps are.

Had the tekno out for some laps today. Having a bit of a problem with high temps on the esc. 3200kv motor, was running a 19t pinion, have now gone to 17t. Hottest part of the esc is 170F when it cuts out after a few minutes. Running 3s pack at 80%power on the dual rate. I would think thats a...

I was planning on the jconcepts hi-flow body, but the hobby shop only had this proline one in store. I like the look of the jconcepts one a bit better

The inaugural box of electrons has been depleted! Still waiting on my servo to show up, so just running a spare 35kg dsservo for now.

New shoes showed up. Giving the jconcepts choppers a try, looks like they’ll work pretty good in my fall/winter conditions.

I had to sell my senton to justify for sure. Probably going to sell my granite as well to fund the build. I also have a associated pro4, it has been a very durable truck overall. Lightweight, tunable. Highly recommended for a bit more of a budget friendly truck!
