    issue with new wheel/tire, is this acceptable?

    I can't really tell by the photo,but no ,its not normal! Did the tire bead split from the rest of the tire or just come un glued from the rim? If the bead of the tire just came un glued from the rim ,then that's a plausible norm! If it litterely ripped ,that's not the norm!...:cool:
