    won't do any good unless the surface is prepped, need to blow any dust and spray track with soda, then test after soda dries, do not walk on the track or you will cover it with dust and lose grip :(

    I'm not a chemist, but I think it has something to do with either the amount of sugar or how the sugar reacts with the grape formula that tends to make it more sticky than other flavors.     never saw any ants appear on the school yard that we would prep with grape soda, here's a sample video of the makeshift track we used to setup with the Trackmate timing system, tons of grip!
