Looks plenty salvageable to me. I would put heat shrink tubing on all 3 motor cables. Not a fan of the braid TRX uses myself. Then head on over to JRC and browse for what you need to get it back together. If Ted (JRC) doesn't have it, some other ebay kit breaker surely does. Also, stock TRX...
