Faced with a dilemma .... :\
I have two Revo 2.5R’s that I started getting back into (life gets in the way of fun sometimes)
My back-up Revo has only had 1 or 2 tanks of fuel through BUT with my OS engine installed so the Traxxas 2.5R that’s in it has never had any fuel through it …. meaning...
The Laser went out... Pretty common..
You need to buy a new "Backwards Compatible" laser and tear apart the drive to replace it. Time consuming but simple. While you have it apart it would be a good time to thoroughly clean everything and replace the Thermal Compound between the Heat Sinks...

I drew the wire with Sharpies on the outside, cutout the liquid mask on the inside then brushed on the black lines and covered it with the chrome :smoke:
I would but I painted that one for a friend of mine ........ I will however sell you the Chevy :contract:

That's Pro-Lines Chevy Silverado Part #3100-01.... It's molded with the true tonneau look :smoke: It's nice because it doesn't have any of the indents for body posts or engine provisions. :drool:
The top color was crap. It started out pearl white. I hated that so I stripped it and...

I just finished painting this one for myself :breakdown .... I had to redeem myself of the mistakes I made on the barbwire Ford :doh:
I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out but I'll probably sell this one also.

I drew them on the outside with an ultra fine Sharpie then cut them out of the liquid mask. Sometimes I do think making a stencil would be a whole lot easier. :ponder2: Guess I'll check Officemax for some thin vinyl that would work for stencils. :cheers:

$30 is what I told her for the El Camino I did so I was figuring around the same for this one. I just wasn't sure if I was out of line or not. It almost doesn't seem worth the effort for $20-$30 but it's enjoyable to paint em so anything is better than...
