I have gotten the green light with local race club groups in my area to run nitro MT in the truggy class and I’m going all in this race season.
I have a few questions here:
I am out of the loop on compatibility of transmission parts. I see @rc4me.US offers the drop in center diff modded flux...
Dang man that sounds painful just reading what happened. Reminds me of when I snapped my femur in half playing football a few years ago :(
Get well soon my friend!
(A) watching game 7 of the NLCS. SF Giants vs. SL Cardinals.
(B) watching MNF Chicago Bears vs. Detroit Rock City Lions.
(C) Pres Debate. Obama vs. Romney.
(D) watching/doing something else....do tell.
FTW RC (For The Win) makes it, they started their company last year and now sponsor some of the biggest races/racers around my area and other places.
Check em out http://www.ftwrc.com/
Edit: I forgot to mention I stayed up way past my bed time trying to finish this thing LOL.
You do know the browser version is a lot better right? I never really used the youtube app that came with it, I never liked it.
My only gripe with iOS 6 is that my emails don't show up on the pull down feature or what ever it's called.
The club president of my local race track is sponsored by Radiopost. I've held one of the radios and it screams quality! It actually has a full color LCD screen that swivels, it's unreal. I've been told nothing but good about it. I would definitely get one if I needed a radio.
Sorry if it's overwhelming you man. There are a lot of options out there but researching what RC to get will help you have a good experience and not have you get discouraged and give up, y'know?
The HPI Trophy buggy again is a great choice for a reliable RC.
Best bet is to sleep on it though.
From what I understand now, the Ofna comes with cheap servos.
Kyosho has won more championships but they are like owning a Ferrari, $$$
IMO the HPI buggy looks like a fine choice since parts can be had at just about any hobby shop for a good price. Not to mention HPI had excellent customer...
