Traxxas Slash Platinum Edition
While the Traxxas Slash 4×4 isn’t even availabe as of yet, Traxxas has released another version of it – the Traxxas Slash Platinum Edition!
The new Traxxas Slash Platinum Edition includes nearly every Slash 4×4 option part such as the hard-anodized aluminum Big Bore shocks with titanium nitride shafts; blue-anodized aluminum C-hubs, steering blocks, rear hub carriers, and axle nuts; front and rear swaybars in two thicknesses; soft S1-compound BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A tires; and a sealed, silicone-filled center differential that can be installed in place of the standard Revo-spec slipper clutch. Everything else is factory-installed and fully prepped for on-track performance.
Thrasher mini revo bumper from T-Bone Racing
The Traxxas 1/16th E-Revo is wickedly fast, however the Mini E-Revo doesn’t offer much protection up front. The stock bumper is basically non-existent and leaves a lot to be desired from a protection aspect.

Traxxas has taken their ever popular Traxxas TQ radio system and have given it a major upgrade, 2.4GHz spread spectrum! The Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz brings the convenience of crystal-free. The Traxxas TQ transmitter and receiver are digitally “linked” for glitch-free, long-range operation without the need to monitor channels or frequencies; the 2.4GHz circuitry automatically locates and locks onto an open frequency each time you switch it on.
The Traxxas TQ 2.4GHz also features failsafe circuitry for total protection against signal loss, even if the transmitter batteries are depleted or the radio is accidentally switched off. In the event of signal loss or interference, the throttle channel returns to the neutral setting.

Traxxas Summit 5610
Traxxas adds another truck to their already extensive line of trucks, this one the Traxxas Summit.
Built on the E-Revo chassis, the Traxxas Summit chassis is lightweight, rigid and integrates a number of features such as the scalable battery compartments that accepts a range of NiHM and LiPo packs. By combining the battery compartments into the chassis design, the battery packs can sit low and close to the center of gravity.
