Outer Saver Pre-Filter from Motor Saver Filters
Motor Saver has a new pre-filter called, Outer Saver Pre-Filter. The Outer Saver pre-filter has been designed to repel dirt from your oil foam filter allowing your more run time between cleaning the foam filter. The new Outer Saver pre-filter also helps repel moisture, keeping your foam filter dryer for longer periods of time.
Axial 28RR-2 Nitro Engine
Axial has just released their new 28RR-2 nitro engine. Based on the popular Axial .28RR. Featuring a true ABC sleeve construction for durability, a balanced crankshaft for improved RPM and efficiency as well as a composite 9.0mm slide carburetor that includes 8.0 and 8.5mm optional air venturi’s, the new machined aluminium cooling head features increased surface area for better cooling.
Axial 32RR-1 Nitro Engine
The new Axial 32RR-1 Nitro RC engine is based off of the Axial .28RR engine. This engine is designed to be more efficient and output more power than the previous .32 engines while still delivering monster torque! The Axial 32RR-1 features a true ABC sleeve construction for the most durability as well as a composite 9.0mm slide carburetor with optional 8.0mm and 8.5mm venturi’s.
Reedy 121VR .21 Nitro Engine
The new Reedy 121VR .21 nitro engine has been designed in-house by Reedy’s esteemed engineering staff and track-tested by R/C racing team drivers such as Ryan Maifield, Craig Drescher and Richard Saxton, Reedy’s all-new 121VR Competition Nitro Buggy Engine has been produced using state-of-the-art materials and high-tech manufacturing processes. The result is a race-proven engine that is capable of producing world-class power and fuel economy with a driver-friendly linear power band.
A look at the Motor Saver buggy air filter
Last month we told you about Motor Saver redesigning their air filters, this month we take a look at the Motor Saver 1/8th buggy/truggy air filter!
Received my Motor Saver large 1/8 buggy/truggy air filter. My intentions were to use it on my Ofna Hyper 7 PCR Pro. When I received the filter first thing I noticed was how huge it was, especially compared to the Motor Saver filter I already had on the buggy.
Motor Saver air filters redesigned
Motor Saver has just redesigned their air filters, making this the 4th generation of some of the best air filters on the market. Their line of air filters range from 1/8th scale buggy and truggy, Traxxas Revo, Traxxas T-maxx, HPI Savage, and one for all other RC trucks.
Motor Saver has increased the surface area to allow for more breathing and less clogging. The Motor Saver air filters also feature an improved very find micron screen mesh filter that not only helps keep dirt out but is also water repellent.
GRP .21 Buggy Engine
Under supervision of Mario Rossi, the new .21 buggy engine was designed by GRP in Italy. The new GRP .21 engine is a non-tuned racing engine and all components of the non-tuned engine are interchangeable with GRP’s tuned engines parts. This allows the non-tuned GRP engines to be customized for increased performance, while eliminating the need to purchase a new engine. The GRP .21 buggy engine also features GRP’s Temperature Control System (TCS) that keeps the heat from the block from transferring to the carburetor causing intake changes and running out of tune.
