HPI high-performance adjustable servo saver

HPI offers a new high-performance servo saver for the Savage monster truck. This new heavy-duty servo saver is built into the bellcrank and is adjustable for all types of servos, just like a competition 1/8 buggy.

The new design with stronger springs provide more precise steering and can handle high torque servos. Steering response is improved for better handling on all surfaces. The spring tension of the servo saver is adjustable allowing it to be tuned for different servos and terrains.
New stiffer springs on the carb and servo saver work more efficiently than the old springs. Especially with high torque servos, the fail safe function (throttle closes) is greatly improved.

Sirio .23 REVO Engine Mount and Manifold

November 30, 2004 in RC News | no comments

REVO
Sirio now offers a new engine mount and exhaust manifold to install the ultra-powerful Sirio .23 engine in the Traxxas Revo. The new mount replaces the center section of the stock 2-piece engine mount, making the installation of the wider .23 engine a bolt-in operation. The exhaust header adapts the big block exhaust port of the Sirio .23 to the stock and most optional tuned pipes. The exhaust manifold also fits standard big-block engines, so it’s going to be available separately for those that want a larger diameter high-performance manifold when using the Traxxas and other big block conversion kits.

Part no. TRI42028

Suggested retail price: $55
Price for exhaust manifold only $29.99

Such as hard anodized oil shocks (say goodbye to the junk plastic shocks) as well as MIP CVD driveshafts, hard anodized gears and more, well minus the radio the standard version came with. All for the price of $150!

Proline HD Hex

Today’s monster trucks just keep getting bigger and bigger. The overall weight of vehicles has nearly doubled and the amount of horsepower the engines produce has nearly doubled as well in just a short time span. Yes, the monster truck attributes are a changin’. Drive shafts have increased in size, aluminum or metal gears are present in most drive chains, dual disc brakes, and even two servos have been added to enable the truck to maneuver adequately. However, through all these monstrous changes, there has been one thing that has remained the same—the hub size.
