New GS Storm CL-1 Buggy
Here is the new 1/8 Pro Buggy from GS for the 2005 season; the Storm CL-1.
Designing by Mr Claude Lachat, this car has been created exclusively for raceing with the lastest in off-road racing technology. There is huge selection of revised and brand new pieces made especially for this kit compared to the Storm 2004.
The result is a buggy with a tremendous range of tuneability for everything from loose, dusty tracks to high-bite, high grip conditions. The Storm CL-1 provides a more stable, predictable driving feel that serious racers expect. Simple, Efficient, Light, are the 3 words which sum up the Storm CL-1.

RCNT Maintenance
On Saturday, January 22nd between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM EST, RCNT will be performing datacenter restructuring, which will require a small window of downtime. RCNT will be powered down and relocated to an already upgraded section of the datacenter. Every effort will be made to keep the required downtime to a minimum.

What’s In the box.
-The Mini giant was well packaged and include instructions on how to operate the thing (the ones people usually toss right before they stick the batteries in). I was also surprised to see a wheel nut wrench, a tube of lube for the gear box, and two spare wheel nuts.

First impression
Right out of the box I was pretty surprised it looked high quality and pretty durable. I popped some alkalines in and was kind of dissapointed by the performance although it wheelied and had some pretty good take off I expected more. I tossed in some Nicads I had laying around and it really woke up definetaly a fun little toy now. (Nihms added later in review)
Revo aluminum performance parts from 3 Racing and RC Hub
RC Hub imports a complete line of aftermarket aluminum parts from 3 Racing for the Traxxas Revo; some that bring it, and others that bling it. For the suspension, there are lightweight and super strong rockers in 90 and 120mm sizes, a range of shock springs, threaded spring preload adjusters, milled spring retainers, plus front and rear shock mounts. Upgrades for the steering include the following aluminum parts; steering arm, steering arm mount, steering stop, and steering hubs. If that weren’t enough, there’s also a lot of drivetrain chassis parts like rugged aluminum diff housings, machined Delrin spur gears, hardened lightweight clutch bells, carbon disc brake, alloy wheel hubs, titanium hinge pins and pivot balls, aluminum bumpers, skid plates and more.
