Ofna Ultra LX One 1/8 Buggy is one of my favs. the Ultra MBX Comp and Hyper 7 TQ .......For Mt's Hpi Savage X there is too many can't really pick the best its all in what you want Buggy Monster Truck Truggy search around Ebay have some good deals right now on the Ofna Buggies mainy everthing is under $400

HPI Savage X SS! It's excellent, just finished building one myself and it's a great monster truck! Only thing is it doesn't come with electronics. Go with rtr for little less. Can't go wrong! A little over $400 though. Can get kit for under $400!

You can't go wrong with a savage but a mgt 4.6 is a good truck to.

What about the Losi aftershock. I have been eyeing one up and it looks really nice plus my LHS is selling it for $390.00 RTR. That of course is canadian funds.

Losi makes decent vehicles. The Aftershock just isn't as popular as some of the other monster trucks.
