$170 to have my computer reformatted. My internet provider is paying for it, I have mcafee through them. I talked "nicely" to them about how their service failed me, and after talking"nicely" for an hour and reminded them how much I paid monthly and how much that adds up to over 6 years they finally broke down. Well I also informed them I would be leaving if they didn't pay.

Now I'm off to WOODIES thread about anti viruses.
