Motor and ESC for Sonar RC Boat

Hello! I am hoping for some suggestions for a motor and ESC combo to use for an RC boat that I am building. I have a pair of 4s LiPo batteries that I am hoping to use on it. The boat will be utilizing skid steering, so I would need a pair of both motors and ESCs. The more lightweight, the better. The boat itself is about 3lbs in weight and about 2ft long. It doesn’t need to be fast, but I’d like it to be capable of running for long periods of time. So I would prefer if they didn’t draw very much power. I am using a Pixhawk with ArduPilot to control it.

I am brand new to RC boats, so scrolling through the hundreds of options for motors and ESCs has been a bit overwhelming. Any suggestions on where I should start would be welcome!
